This is included in the Full Package. It is the elective course required to qualify for the salespersons exam. It offers you the choice of Legal Aspects of R/E, Finance, Appraisal, Economics, Mortgage Lending, or Property Management.
This course can be used to meet the 18-month requirement for the salespersons license (for those to whom it applies) and/or as one of the courses necessary to qualify for the brokers exam.
